Dear Mother Nature,
This year was kind of rough. Your gloominess at the beginning of the year really got to me (although I think that was mostly my apartment's gloominess), and then you really left a lot to be desired this summer. I mean, like, a lot.
But this fall, you've really been fantastic. I mean, September was kind of a mini-summer packed into 30 days. And then the rest of the fall has been unseasonably sunny and dry. It's been pretty nice, I must admit. Thanks for the gorgeous sunsets, and skies in general. Thanks for the pretty glitter that dusted everything last night. Thanks for all the moody fog. I hope we can keep up the good work through winter, and basically all of next year.

I completely agree! People around here have been whining about the lack of snow in December (here in Utah). I'm loving it, and hope it doesn't snow until Christmas. I'm with you on the fog, too. It's the best.
